INTREC Management and Architectus worked alongside each other to deliver 452 Flinders Street, Level 9 and 10 on behalf of Dexus Property Group. Works included the refurbishment of male, female and disabled bathrooms, alongside lift lobby areas over both Levels 9 and 10. These works successfully took place in conjunction with a third-party builder who were fitting out the same floor. Achievements on this project also include the implementation of INTREC safety systems into Dexus safety systems, and noise mitigation whilst undertaking the project in a live environment.
