8 Gardner Close Lobby & Amenities Upgrade
INTREC were engaged by Quintessential Equity to undertake a full lobby upgrade, 9 amenities upgrades across 3 floors and the construction of a new bike storage area/repair station. The lobby upgrade consisted of a restructure to the building entry, installation of feature lighting, timber detailed wall cladding, polished render walls and increased cafe integration to both the internal and external facilities. INTREC also completed a refresh of external concrete planters with an addition of high-level landscaping, to allow the effect of cascading greenery when plants have reached full maturity.
The construction of the fully enclosed bike storage area consisted of access-controlled entry, a bike repair station, lockers with a digital locking system, an air-drying cupboard and 22 bike stands. Delivered alongside IA Group, BSE and DMC Projects, the upgrade was delivered on time with minimal impact to building tenants and operations.
