The Crowne Plaza project was predominantly driven around remedial works to Level 5 accommodation wing, Level 6 accommodation wing and the seven story glass topped atrium. Works included refurbishment of a series of accommodation rooms and suites inclusive of new joinery, floor finishes, wall finishes, electrical/communications, Fixtures furniture and equipment, doors hardware and ceilings. All decant and removal/storage works were contracted through with particular detail to loose furniture and soft furnishings installations.
INTREC Management performed the works whilst the hotel remained in operation and scheduled construction activity around peak occupation periods.
