RMIT University – Bundoora Tennis Facilities Upgrade
RMIT University engaged INTREC VIC alongside Odorisio & Stolfo Architects to manage the demolition and upgrade of four existing tennis court facilities at their Bundoora Campus. Alongside demolition works, included a storm water upgrade, and the laying of a new concrete base with a Plexicushion “soft” court surface and the installation of new fencing, aggregate paving and landscaping works. The INTREC Project Team successfully coordinated the laying of the Plexicushion surface, which could only be laid in specific weather conditions. This required continual programme review, to ensure the project was completed without impact on programme.
