RMS Tweed Heads project is afloat

INTREC Queensland and Nordon Jago Architects have acquired the RMS Tweed Heads project. Client Roads and Maritime Services require specific exertions to be achieved for efficient project completion. The project entails the demolition of the existing RMS building including the boat ramp and the reinstatement of batter wall to water’s edge. The construction of a new two story building including screw piling, concrete slabs, blockwork, timber framing and truss with internal fit out, the installation of a new boat ramp from the water’s edge to the buildings roller shutter will also be admitted. Additionally, new fencing and landscaping will be carried out, ensuring a perfect project closeout.
